Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paid checkout remains closed. This page records the owner-approved policy direction that billing must prove before sale.

Core offer

$87 per month plus applicable tax. 500 AI credits per paid monthly period. No automatic AI overage charges. No annual plan or paid credit add-on is currently approved.

Credits

Unused credits do not roll over. Credits reset with the paid monthly period. Work pauses when the allowance reaches zero. A system failure that produces no usable delivered result should not consume the related allowance. Exact per-action rates and final debit rules must be visible and technically verified before paid launch.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly in advance from the disclosed billing anchor. You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal when recorded; paid features remain available through the already-paid period. No mandatory survey or artificial cutoff is part of the approved policy.

Failed renewal

The approved policy provides seven calendar days of limited grace. New paid AI use is paused, no new credits are granted, and existing-record access/export plus existing public forms/sites are intended to remain available during grace. Provider retry timing and exact late-payment behavior must be verified before checkout opens.

Refunds

Full refund on request within seven calendar days of the first successful Core subscription payment. Routine partial-month refunds are not promised on later renewals. Duplicate/incorrect charges, payment disputes and remedies required by law are handled as applicable.

After paid access ends

The approved direction provides 30 calendar days of read/export access with no new AI work, edits or public intake, then scheduled deletion of operational workspace content subject to disclosed legal retention and backup aging.
