The service and your account
These terms cover use of BuiltRelay LLC’s website and early-access workspace. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and are authorized to act for the business and information you provide. Protect your sign-in account and contact us about suspected unauthorized access.
Early access and costs
Features, limits and availability may change during early access. Current exploration does not require a card. Paid subscriptions are not open in this release. The advertised $87/month plan is a proposed paid offering; viewing it, signing in or requesting help does not start a subscription. Any future charge requires a separate checkout or agreed service order with its price and terms. Domains, mailbox licenses, advertising and other provider costs are separate.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the content you supply. You give BuiltRelay permission to host, process, display and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, including approved publishing, AI processing and recovery copies. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and collect customer information. Review all facts, pricing, permissions and customer-facing material before using or publishing it.
AI, estimates and business decisions
AI output is a draft and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it. BuiltRelay does not provide legal, tax, engineering or other licensed professional advice. Quotes and owner-recorded customer outcomes are your responsibility; an owner-recorded acceptance or payment is not independent verification. No sales, search ranking, lead volume or business result is guaranteed.
Actions and third parties
Publishing, provider authorization and paid orders require their stated controls. Planning a domain, mailbox or business filing does not complete it. Drafting a message does not send it. Third-party services have separate agreements and availability. You remain responsible for provider accounts and permissions you authorize.
Acceptable use
Do not use BuiltRelay for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement, unauthorized access or attempts to obtain another account’s data. Do not upload malware, secrets or sensitive information that the service is not designed to handle. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents, legal requirements or operational limits.
Exports, availability and ending use
Use available exports to keep independent copies. Local drafts, cloud records and recovery copies are distinct; none is a guarantee against loss. Service interruptions and incomplete operations can occur. You may stop using the service and request account closure or deletion through support. Deleting records may require separate handling of publications and retained copies as described in the Privacy Policy. Provider accounts remain separate.
Legal rights and updates
To the extent permitted by law, early access is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be identified through the service or account contact channels as appropriate. Future paid-service terms will be presented before purchase.
