Enter your own cost estimates and confirm the categories before reviewing planned margin. Missing costs stay unknown. Your internal worksheet and supplier notes are kept out of the customer export.

Review line items, totals and exclusions. Resolve unanswered questions or explicitly acknowledge them before approval. Download and inspect the customer quote before you share it.
Before choosing a selling price, confirm the intended use, dimensions, site access and owner responsibilities. Identify which costs still need supplier or subcontractor input. Describe exclusions clearly so the customer can see what the proposal covers.

No. It is a planning calculation from the costs and quote values you enter. Actual costs, changes and collections determine the eventual outcome.
Approval records your reviewed version. Sending and provider-confirmed payment collection are separate actions. Owner-entered checkout links do not verify a payment.
